1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using EasyNotifier you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

EasyNotifier is a notification automation platform that monitors sources you configure (RSS feeds, GitHub releases, YouTube channels, Reddit, Docker Hub, custom APIs) and delivers notifications to destinations you specify (Discord, Telegram, Slack, browser push). The service is provided on an "as is" basis and is currently in beta.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use EasyNotifier.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EasyNotifier to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages through configured notification channels.
  • Monitor content you do not have permission to access.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service.

5. Service availability

EasyNotifier is provided in beta and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service changes.

6. Your data and notifications

You retain ownership of the data you configure in EasyNotifier. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor the sources and use the notification destinations you configure. We store your configuration encrypted at rest and process it only to deliver the service.

7. Third-party services

EasyNotifier interacts with third-party APIs on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you integrate (Discord, Telegram, Slack, GitHub, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyNotifier and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed notifications or data loss.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
